One of Louisiana and Texas’ leading law firms is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their Baton Rouge headquarters. The firm provides legal solutions to Fortune 500 companies, national businesses, and local clients, and would be a great place to grow your career!
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination across all offices
- Serve as liaison with building management for security, parking, and access
- Oversee conference centers, including room setup, catering, A/V systems, and vendor support
- Coordinate construction, renovation, and office relocation projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines
- Review contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Supervise facilities support personnel and assist in department budgeting
- Support trial teams with logistics, office equipment, trial supplies, and remote location coordination
- 5+ years of experience in facilities, operations, project management, or construction within a professional services environment
- Knowledge of lease agreements, vendor management, and facility operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms quickly
