What you will do
:
- Supervise all HVAC Service activities
- Hire, train, and lead all service team members
- Develop a culture of safety, integrity, growth, and performance
- Conduct team and individual performance reviews
- Hold others accountable to company policies and procedures
- Handle all customer related requests, concerns, etc
- Lead safety training for service team members
Who you are:
- 1-5 years of management experience preferred
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
