About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee our banana ripening process and team. This role ensures our products reach perfect ripeness, meet quality standards, and deliver satisfaction to our customers every time.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and train a team of ripening operators.

Monitor temperature, humidity, and airflow to ensure optimal ripening conditions.

Inspect product quality—color, texture, and flavor—and take corrective actions as needed.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product movement.

Maintain compliance with SQF, GMP, and food safety standards.

Drive improvements in efficiency, labor cost, and product quality.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years in warehouse operations or supervisory roles (produce, food processing, or agriculture preferred).

Working knowledge of ripening processes, environmental control, and quality assurance.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in refrigerated environments (–5°F to 60°F) and lift up to 60 lbs.
