* Position Summary:

** Marucci Sports has an opportunity for a full-time Custom Operations Assistant to join our staff. This employee performs tasks involved in the production of the company's products. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
*
* Position Responsibilities:

*** Stage and coordinate order preparation for custom wood bats.
* Ensure consistent quality on custom wood products.
* Implement a production work schedule for order completion dates.
* Assist in the custom wood production process: engraving, packaging, applying labels, and shipping.
* Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
** Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

* Thorough understanding of production equipment.

* Good written & oral communication skills.
