- Supervise and lead maintenance technicians across production and distribution areas
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train maintenance team members
- Assign daily work across high-speed bottling and packaging lines
- Give performance reviews, coaching, and ongoing development
- Resolve employee concerns and maintain positive team morale
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for bottling, packaging, conveying, and palletizing equipment
- Ensure proper repairs on fillers, cappers, labelers, depalletizers, case packers, stretch wrappers, and palletizers
- Build mechanic schedules and ensure coverage across all shifts
- Use CMMS and Production Line Monitoring Systems (PLMS) to plan and document work
- Maintain an organized parts room and ensure the availability of critical spare parts
- Drive continuous improvement to increase uptime and equipment reliability
- Enforce safety rules and required PPE
- Maintain GMPs, sanitation standards, and a clean, audit-ready work area
- Protect company assets through proper maintenance practices
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and production tracking software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
