Custom Operations Assistant – Marucci Sports

Full‑time position that supports the production of custom wood bats. The role involves coordinating order preparation, ensuring product quality, managing the production schedule, and handling engraving, packaging, labeling, and shipping tasks.

Marucci Sports invites a dedicated individual to join our Custom Operations team. The employee performs tasks involved in the production of the company's products while following standard work methods, practices, and safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe.

• Stage and coordinate order preparation for custom wood bats.
• Ensure consistent quality on custom wood products.
• Implement a production work schedule for order completion dates.
• Assist in the custom wood production process: engraving, packaging, applying labels, and shipping.
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
