Join our dedicated team working on the foam, filtration, and composite production line. You will contribute to the manufacturing of fans and industrial filters in our fabrication shop.

• Operate machinery and equipment on the production line efficiently.
• Assist in the assembly of fans and industrial filters.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.

• Previous production experience.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability.

• Experience in general labor and assembly work.

Work in a luke-warm temperature controlled room within our production facility. The role requires standing for long periods and adherence to safety protocols. Dress code is casual but safety-compliant.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.

This is a fully onsite position in Baton Rouge, LA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
