Coordinate patient care processes including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and appropriate support services for neonates in our Level III NICU.
- Conduct comprehensive physical, psychosocial, functional, and nutritional assessments
- Determine nursing diagnoses and identify expected outcomes based on patient condition
- Develop and regularly update an individualized interdisciplinary plan of care
- Implement nursing interventions, ensuring timely administration of treatments and medications
- Provide direct and delegated patient care, maintaining oversight and accountability
- Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge planning
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing care of high‑risk neonates per NAN, AAP, and department guidelines
- Follow protocols for infant security and administer procedural sedation safely and effectively

Requirements:- CPR, NRP, 1 year of NICU Level III experience or greater.
