• Completion of a Basic EKG Course within six months of hire.
• Strong critical‑thinking, communication, and telemetry‑monitoring skills.
• Desire to specialize in stroke care; training provided for TJC Primary Stroke Certification.

Deliver exceptional care to patients requiring continuous cardiac andมา medical monitoring in our dynamic Med Telemetry Unit.

• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
• Respond promptly to changes and alarms, recognizing medical emergencies and arrhythmias.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in line with evidence‑based practices.
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and post‑discharge care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes.
• Participate in stroke‑specific care protocols as part of a TJC‑certified Stroke Unit.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
