We are seeking an experienced Tree Groundsman to join our team. As a Tree Groundsman, you will be traveling to different job sites each day, you will work alongside Tree Cutters and equipment operators to assist with residential and commercial tree services. Your responsibilities include preparing and cleaning up job sites, controlling traffic if needed, operating basic equipment, and supporting cutters from the ground.

You will need to maintain the highest standards of safety. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in many different temperatures and weather conditions.

• Assist with tree removal, trimming, and pruning operations
• Load and unload equipment and tools
• Carry off and dispose of all tree debris, leaving a clean space behind
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations at all times

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Basic understanding of tree care equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Strong communication skills
