Job SummaryPerform research on polymer upcycling to liquid, gas, and solid products.
Job Responsibilities- 50% Conducting experiments and analyzing results on waste polymer upcycling to liquid, gas and solid products.
- 30% Synthesis and characterization of catalysts to use in polymer upcycling experiments.
- 20% Supervision of undergraduate student workers who will assist in the experimentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
Preferred Qualifications4+ years of experience as a Graduate Assistant in a research laboratory in obtaining the PhD degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
