CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL AND PART TIME) at LSU

• Full‑time and part‑time positions available.
• Schedule may vary based on operational needs.
• Pay Range: $11.00 – $12.00 per hour.

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations; set up buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly clean venue after event completion.
• Return food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock, clean, and maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.
