• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area at all times.
• Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as directed by kitchen staff.
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet local health and safety regulations.
• Remove trash and recyclables and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and waste areas.
• Support chefs and cooks by ensuring an adequate supply of clean dishes and utensils during service.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the Kitchen Manager.

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to upholding Tsunami Sushi’s standards of cleanliness and excellence.
