Full‑time Food Service Worker at The Spine Hospital of Louisiana at the Neuro Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA.

• Set up dining area and trays for meal services.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and dietary restrictions.
• Deliver orders to patients and family members.
• Assist the cook in meal preparation and service to meet scheduled meal times.
• Deliver residents’ meal carts and clean assigned dining areas.
• Record temperatures on refrigerators accurately and restock as needed.
• Wash and store dishes, maintaining overall kitchen sanitation and maintenance.
• Comply with Federal, State, and community regulations, policies, and procedures.

$13.00-$14.00 per hour

• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong communication skills at all community levels.
• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments.
• Team player with multi‑tasking and prioritization skills.
• Serv Safe certification desirable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills.

High school diploma or GED.

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
