The barback is responsible for supporting the bartender in the daily operations of the bar. A smile, kindness, courtesy, and industry knowledge are all pre‑requisites of the job. The barback performs all duties according to company policies, procedures, internal controls, gaming board guidelines, and state liquor laws.

• Stock bar with supplies and inventory.
• Prepare garnishes and ingredients for cocktails.
• Clean and maintain bar area.
• Assist bartender in serving drinks to customers.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Ensure bar is well‑stocked and organized at all times.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a barback or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
