About

The Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Head Chef to join our Operations team. As the leader of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, developing innovative and high-quality menus, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is an hourly, full-time position requiring strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for delivering excellence in every dish.

You’ll Do
  • Provide leadership and direction to the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Design and maintain creative, high-quality menus that align with the brand's standards and appeal to a diverse audience.
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent presentation, taste, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards in all kitchen operations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring ongoing development and high performance across the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually improve offerings and dining experiences.
  • Develop and manage schedules for kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency during service times.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional culinary skills with expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and innovation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen operations, and sanitation practices.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maintaining inventory.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for the culinary arts and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or training (e.g., culinary arts diploma or equivalent experience).
