Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives.
  • Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors, ensuring consistent high‑standard customer and associate service experiences.
  • Execute company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals.
  • Act as a “talent grower” by coaching, training, developing, evaluating, supervising, and scheduling store associates to meet staffing budgets.
  • Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience with a medium‑to‑large retailer.
  • Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal shifts regularly.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
