Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baton Rouge, LA, for a Cashier / To Go's / Food Runner. Responsibilities include welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service, processing orders efficiently at the register or online for pick-up, managing to-go orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate food delivery to customers. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace while working closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and courteous experience for guests
• Proficiency in handling cash registers, processing transactions, and managing to-go orders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is a plus
