OverviewFull commission sales with company‑provided leads and no cold calling. You will be supplied with pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments, ensuring a high success rate.
CompensationStrong commission rate, performance bonuses and incentives. Top performers typically earn $150,000 + in their first year.
Training & SupportProfessional training, industry‑leading product samples, ongoing support from an experienced management team and inside sales team.
Responsibilities- Conduct in‑home sales presentations, building trust and educating customers.
- Identify customer needs and utilize GDI's proven sales presentation.
- Negotiate and close the sale.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
- Flexible work schedule, ability to adapt to business needs.
- Strong desire to make money, belief in yourself, and pay based directly on hard work and results.
