We’re hiring a confident and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our Baton Rouge and Northshore (Covington based office) teams. In this role, you’ll be the face of Pelican Roofing, connecting with homeowners, guiding them through insurance claims, and helping them restore or improve their homes after storm damage.

Your Responsibilities

• Representing Pelican Roofing to potential clients, guiding them through the sales and insurance process
• Investigate weather-related damage in local neighborhoods
• Follow up with past customers for future projects and referrals Build a referral network through positive relationships and happy clients
• Attend networking and marketing events to build visibility and pipeline
• Conduct roof inspections using ladders and mobile tools Continuously improve sales skills through training and development
• Help property owners understand roofing needs and restoration options

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
