Total Tire Solutions is seeking a sales representative to drive revenue growth.

The primary responsibility of this position is to build, manage, and grow their own book of business.

• Build, manage, and grow a substantial personal book of business.
• Consistently prospect for new fleet and commercial accounts.
• Develop longterm relationships with fleet managers, business owners, transportation companies, contractors, municipalities, and other commercial customers.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, calls, followups, yard checks, and other outside sales activities.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional Total Tire Solutions services to existing customers.
• Own opportunities from initial prospecting through closing and ongoing account management.
• Meet or exceed established individual revenue and sales goals.
• Help establish and maintain an effective customer followup cadence.
• Ensure leads are being contacted, followed up on, and moved through the sales process.
• Help identify leads and opportunities that have stalled or require additional attention.
• Assist with pipeline reviews and sales accountability.
• Reinforce accurate documentation of calls, meetings, opportunities, followups, and next steps.
• Help maintain clean and accurate customer and prospect data.
• Lead by example through personal activity, organization, followup, and sales results.

• Maintain their own pipeline accurately and consistently.

• Schedule and complete followup activities.
• Track leads from initial contact through close.
• Maintain visibility into upcoming opportunities.
• Work with leadership to identify gaps in followup, lead management, and sales activity.

• Mobile fleet maintenance and repair
• Inshop truck and fleet repair
• Roadside service
• Preventative maintenance
• Other fleet related services offered by Total Tire Solutions

• Base Salary:
  Starting at $65,000.00 annually, based on experience and existing book of business.
• Individual Commission: 10% commission eligible.

• Be a proven selfstarter who is motivated to grow their career in sales.
• An existing book of business and established industry relationships is a plus.
• Have a demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business.
• Be comfortable making calls, visiting customers, networking, and developing relationships in the field.
• Have strong followup habits and attention to detail.
• Be accountable for their own activity and results.
• Possess strong communication and relation shipbuilding skills.
• Be competitive, organized, persistent, and results driven.
• Must have relevant industry experience.
