Headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, KETA provides strategic leadership, operational support, and resources to a family of wholly owned companies serving federal, defense, state, and commercial customers across the United States.

Through its operating companies, KETA delivers comprehensive solutions in facility and base operations support, construction, environmental services, information technology, space and defense engineering, disaster response and recovery, and administrative and technical services. Several KETA subsidiaries are SBA 8(a) and HUBZone certified, providing customers with experienced, responsive partners capable of executing complex missions in demanding environments.

The Director / Vice President of Business Development leads KETA's enterprise growth strategy across its family of companies. This executive identifies, shapes, and captures new federal, defense, state, and commercial opportunities; builds lasting customer and teaming relationships; and partners with the Proposal Manager and operating company leadership to convert a qualified pipeline into contract awards. The role will be leveled at Director or Vice President based on the candidate's experience and demonstrated growth results.

  • Capture Management: Direct capture planning for priority pursuits, including customer call plans, competitive assessments, price-to-win analysis, solution shaping, and win theme development.
  • Pre-RFP Shaping: Engage government customers early through sources sought responses, RFIs, industry days, and one-on-one meetings to influence requirements and position KETA favorably before solicitations are released.
  • Proposal Handoff & Support: Partner with the Proposal Manager to ensure a seamless transition from capture to proposal, providing win strategy, customer insight, and executive oversight through color team reviews and final submission.
Customer Relationships, Teaming & Partnerships
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with contracting officers, program managers, small business specialists, and agency decision-makers.
  • Teaming & Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage teaming agreements, joint ventures, mentor-protégé relationships, and subcontracting arrangements that strengthen KETA's competitive position.
