• Competitive Pay
  : $31–$42/hour ($64,480–$87,360 annually)
• Overtime is authorized: with approval from the Supervisor
• Per diem
  : $55 per day and lodging will be provided for authorized out-of-town travel and service.
• Paid Time Off:
  Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
• Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)
• 401(k) Match: 5% employer contribution

• $3,500 cash bonus
• 40 additional hours of floating holidays

As an HVAC Installer Technician, you’ll install and maintain commercial HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and client satisfaction. Key duties include:

• Installation
  :
  Perform pipe fitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping; troubleshoot installation challenges
• Service
  :
  Conduct maintenance, repairs, and emergency service on HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Collaboration
  :
  Work with dispatchers and supervisors for seamless project execution
• Documentation
  :
  Complete work orders and reports accurately using company‑issued iPad/iPhone

• Required
  : 2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug/background checks
• Preferred
  : HVAC apprenticeship, Journeyman’s license, or technical training
• Physical
  :
  Lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, wear PPE
• Travel
  :
  Flexibility for overtime and regional travel (per diem: $55/day, lodging provided)

  :
  Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges
