Entry Level Construction Materials Tester Job Description

We are seeking an entry level technician in the Baton Rouge area to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the construction materials testing industry. You will gain hands‑on experience monitoring piles, logging piles, monitoring vibrations, classifying soils, and collecting materials for testing. This position involves closely following experienced technicians and engineers to better understand our company and the CMT industry.

• Monitor and log piles.
• Monitor vibrations and classify soils.
• Collect materials for testing.
• Follow and learn from experienced technicians and engineers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Baton Rouge, LA.
