Your Role And Responsibilities

• Work across the system architecture to design, develop, and support high‑quality, scalable products and interfaces for clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and define technical specifications for generative AI projects.
• Employ IBM’s Design Thinking to create products that deliver a great user experience with high performance, security, quality, and stability.
• Work with relational databases (SQL, Postgres, DB2, Mongo
  
  DB), operating systems (Linux, Windows, iOS, Android), and modern UI frameworks (Backbone.js, Angular
  
  JS, React, Ember.js, Bootstrap, jQuery).
• Create everything from mockups and UI components to algorithms and data structures to deliver viable products.

Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Programming proficiency in one of:
  Java, C++, Python, Scala, R, SAS, SQL, Hadoop, HTML, SPSS, VBA, Tableau, Spark, Angular, React
  
  JS; plus systems design/development and IT coursework.
• Experience with web services, APIs, and Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with generative AI modeling, ethics, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, infrastructure concepts, and cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and Google Cloud.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Flexibility to work across architecture, building both front‑end and back‑end components.
• Maintain and improve code quality, organization, and automation.
• Communicate with stakeholders on technical issues, design and code servers, services, applications and databases on platforms such as Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, and Oracle to deliver reusable, scalable solutions.
