A local waterpark in Baton Rouge is seeking Lifeguards to help ensure safety at their aquatic facility. Responsibilities include preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, enforcing rules, and maintaining pool cleanliness. Candidates must demonstrate swimming proficiency through a swim assessment and complete a lifeguard certification course. A commitment to professionalism and effective guest interaction is essential. The position is seasonal with generally 20-35 hours per week.
