Delivery Center Supervisor

Job Description

As a Delivery Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, ensuring on-time execution, managing fleet maintenance, and coordinating communication between the driving team and other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of drivers through any challenges that occur on shift.
• Supervise all aspects of the KSI fleet, including driver, fleet and compliance management.
• Liaison with operations team to ensure fleet meets operations KPIs
• Maintains strict compliance with DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
• Verify and maintain HOS and DVIR program for the KSI fleet.
• Communicates with management on service or performance issues.
• Responsible for timecards, vacation approvals, and conducting performance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in transportation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and auditory communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan and organize workload; flexibility to handle pressure and work with interruptions and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in challenging situations.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
