* *** Bronson Health Care Group is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our team of 2 Endocrinologists and 4 APPs in our Diabetes and Endocrinology Center.
** Position involves seeing outpatients for screenings, diagnoses, and assessments.  The center has experienced staff and diabetes educators, as well as the medical director and nurse practitioners.
Located within the center is a large dedicated classroom, insulin pump training and ultrasound procedure rooms. Candidate will see adult outpatients only. Centralized nurse triage handles after hour calls therefore, provider calls are minimal. After hour calls shared equally by providers.

This is an employed position with Bronson Methodist Hospital, a tertiary hospital that is a national leader in healthcare quality.  Bronson serves a ten-county population of one million in southwest Michigan and northern Indiana.  Bronson has been a verified Level 1 Trauma Center since 1989, the first and only Level 1 Trauma Center in southwest Michigan.  Bronson offers student loan reimbursement, a competitive salary, profit sharing, comprehensive benefit package, generous PTO and CME allowance, relocation assistance and sign-on bonus and/or residency stipend in your final year.

Medical degree and 2 years of direct or intern experience required  Current Medical License in the state of Michigan  Current DEA and DPS Certificate of Registration  Must maintain all requirements for medical staff privileges  
• Knowledge of and ability to apply professional medical principles, procedures, and techniques  
• Thorough knowledge of pharmacological agents used in patient treatment  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills along with proper telephone etiquette
