Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Design, evaluate, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on new product introductions (NPI) to ensure manufacturability.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, Mastercam)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Demonstrated ability in process optimization, root‑cause analysis, and problem‑solving
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, automation, assembly)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with robotic programming, PLC logic, or industrial automation systems
- Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python) for process optimization
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
