Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on new product introductions (NPI) to ensure manufacturability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality deviations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, Mastercam)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Demonstrated ability in process optimization, root‑cause analysis, and problem‑solving
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, automation, assembly)

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with robotic programming, PLC logic, or industrial automation systems
• Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python) for process optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
