• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot process issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and production layouts.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Analyze process data and metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements, new product introductions, and capacity planning.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering, optimization, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process control systems (DCS, PLC) and statistical process control (SPC) for data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment design/selection principles.

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., ASPEN HYSYS, PRO/II)
• Experience with PLC programming or SCADA/DCS systems
• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., FDA, ISO)
