Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, program, and implement PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex automation systems, electrical controls, and robotic applications.
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control system documentation, and software specifications.
- Provide technical support for production lines, resolving automation issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead commissioning and startup activities for new equipment and process upgrades.
- Ensure control systems comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for process automation and efficiency.
- Extensive experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ether Net/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Experience with industrial robotics, servo drives, and advanced motion control systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control panel design, and safety circuits.
- Experience with high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis, scripting, or system integration.
- Proficiency with SQL databases or industrial historians (e.g., OSI PI, Factory Talk Historian).
- Knowledge of industrial networking principles and cybersecurity best practices for OT environments.
- Experience with industrial robotics programming (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA) or machine vision systems.
