Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our high-performing team at Calhoun County Medical Care Facility—a beautiful senior living community offering both skilled nursing and outpatient therapy services.

This is a full-time position offering a rewarding clinical mix, great flexibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights

• Provide treatment in both SNF and outpatient settings under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Work in a well-equipped therapy gym with a collaborative interdisciplinary team
• Opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and residents
• Strong clinical leadership and mentorship support

Requirements

• Current Michigan COTA license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• SNF and/or outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
