Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Michigan
This role is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys steady, focused clinical work. You will deliver virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families while guiding clients through relationship stress, emotional regulation, and life transitions. The workday is structured, predictable, and centered on care delivery rather than clinic logistics.
Responsibilities- Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and families
- Assess emotional and relational needs
- Create and follow individualized treatment plans
- Track client progress and outcomes
- Complete clinical notes in a timely manner
- Active Michigan LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Experience providing clinical mental health services
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- 2 weeks paid time off
