Key Responsibilities- Ensure the reliable operation and availability of IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems supporting manufacturing production.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP, MES, and other critical manufacturing applications.
- Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect sensitive manufacturing data and operational technology infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and end-user computing devices across all plant locations.
- Provide prompt technical support to manufacturing personnel, resolving IT issues to minimize production downtime.
- Lead IT strategic planning, budgeting, and project management initiatives aligned with manufacturing business objectives.
- Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, operations, and support within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and industrial IoT.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams, projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Expertise in cybersecurity principles and practices applicable to both IT and operational technology (OT) systems.
- Ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing business objectives, driving efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems and IT/OT convergence strategies.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) platforms.
- Background in cybersecurity for industrial control systems (ICS) or OT environments.
