Program Analyst

• Perform subjective data analytics and assist in the development and enhancement of data information systems.
• Assist in creating statistical data by extracting and manipulating data from various files to support data driven decisions and measure mission effectiveness
• Collaborate with personnel on initiatives and help Senior Program Analysts define project scopes and objectives by developing project plans
• Execute duties and support work to meet prescribed deadlines, coordinating with internal and external organizations as required
• Support team members by preparing progress reports, providing input to senior analysts, and recommending alternative methods to accomplish objectives
• Contribute to team planning for data requirements, help develop guidance materials, and research manpower and resource needs.
• Communicate with officials about project feasibility, explain recommendations, resolve differences, and gain acceptance for solutions and policies

Specialized

Experience:

One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position.

To qualify at the GS-09 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
