• Manages and schedules the repair and maintenance of company facilities, manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
• Coordinates outside maintenance contractors for both regular and emergency repairs ensuring that energy resources are available and properly utilized.
• Supervises employees engaged in plant and machine maintenance, alteration and repair work.
• Provides continuous technical direction to maintenance and tooling staff and provides support for the manufacturing process.
