Manufacturing Operation/ Cost Analyst - Onsite and Fulltime (Willing to relocate to Battle Creek, MI)

Location: Battle Creek, MI, United States

Setup: Onsite

Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000/ year + Relocation Package

Note: Manufacturing Industry Background Required

Job Description:
  • Operation budget and cost control, operation accounting, monthly/annual manufacturing cost target setting, cost simulation & analysis;
  • Booking & tracking materials in the system and improve the control process and specifications of the whole life cycle of materials (work order -> reimbursement -> inventory);
  • Use RPA/BI and other tools to establish an accounting indicator data sharing platform (including WIP, variance adjustment, work orders, etc.);
  • Supporting for achieving manufacturing KPI indicators.
    • Job Requirements:
  • College or undergraduate, Finance and management related majors.
  • Basic knowledge of data statistics and analysis.
  • Able to skillfully use Excel, PPT, and other office software.
  • At least 3 years working experience in the manufacturing industry.
