Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry, recently ranked 10th of the 150 Top North American Suppliers in “Automotive News.” A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard‑working and skilled individuals.
Direct hire position.
Work hours:
3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading components into machine or onto conveyor.
- Visual inspection of parts.
- Packing of parts.
Additional benefits: A $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift and a monthly attendance bonus.
Requirements- Prefer minimum of 1 year experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong focus on quality.
- Solid work history with a good attendance record.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Able to stand up to 8 hours per shift.
