Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

• Manage and oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production output, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of plant personnel.
• Manage the plant budget, control expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain coordination.

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership, with at least 3-5 years as a Plant Manager.
• Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic production environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Demonstrated experience leading significant automation or Industry 4.0 implementation projects.
