Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production processes and product quality to meet established standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

• Proficiency in production processes, planning, and quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Multilingual (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) to support a diverse workforce
• Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects
