• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Operate various welding equipment (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal components.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts according to specifications.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with standards.
• Perform grinding, deburring, and finishing operations on welded products.
• Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures.

• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Experience operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools.
• Physical dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting.
• Relevant welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) preferred.

• Experience with robotic welding or other automated welding processes
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification
• Proficiency in interpreting complex engineering blueprints and weld symbols
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of welding equipment
