Trillium Staffing is now hiring Winding Machine Operator with one plus year of experience in manufacturing.
Responsibilities- n
- Machine Operation and Setup:
Set up and operate winding equipment according to production specifications and job orders. - Tension and Speed Control:
Monitor and adjust machine settings. - Quality Assurance:
Inspect products (strings) for defects or irregularities. - Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. - Documentation & Reporting:
Accurately record production data on order sheets. - Collaboration:
Work closely with supervisor and team members. - Technical Aptitude:
Basic mechanical and computer skills. - Other responsibilities:
Get supplies as necessary; check gauges of strings frequently with micrometer; adjust machine to correct any malfunction. Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
Starting wage is $14.54 an hour. After 520 hours, pay rate increases to $16.18 an hour with potential to earn more based on production level.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 1st shift, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm.
- Previous experience.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings.
