Clinical Support Nurse Coordinator | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | No Weekends! 📍 Battle Creek, MI | 🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Grace Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our education team! In this dynamic role, you'll help audit and support clinical staff, lead quality improvement initiatives, and shape the future of patient care—all while enjoying a weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 after probation + $500 after 6 months)

• Assist in hiring and onboarding new clinical team members

• Stay current on best practices and ensure staff education meets standards

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan

• BLS certification (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills

• Experience in clinical education or quality improvement is a plus
