    Collaboration:

Coordinate directly with site electricians and other trades to streamline construction milestones.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on commercial construction, civil utility, excavation, mechanical installation, or petroleum equipment experience.

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel regionally (with occasional overnights).
  • Physical & Environmental Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently, maneuver heavy construction materials, and perform strenuous physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Industry Focus: Direct experience in petroleum construction, convenience store site prep, or fuel system retrofits.

  • Leadership Background: Prior experience leading a small field crew, managing a jobsite, or training newer apprentices.
  • Trade Cross-Training: Background in concrete flatwork, pipe fitting, commercial plumbing, or industrial rigging.
