About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing workflow, and supporting team development while ensuring a high standard of service delivery across accounts, tax, and advisory work.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact.

• Oversee preparation and review of accounts, tax returns, and other compliance work.

• Support and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and technical support.

• Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development.

• Ensure all client work is completed within budget and deadlines.

• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, offering proactive advice and support.

• ACA/ACCA qualified with proven experience in a client-facing role within practice.

• Strong technical knowledge of accounts, tax, and relevant compliance.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.

• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience using cloud-based accounting software (Xero, Quick Books, etc.).
