We’re currently looking for a Junior SAP Master Data Specialist to join our Head Office team in Colwick on a 12‑month fixed term contract
.

This early‑career role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, problem‑solving, working with data, and is keen to build expertise in SAP and enterprise systems. Your work will directly support the delivery of new product collections and business transformation projects across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of master data across SAP systems.
  • Identify and help resolve data quality issues and process gaps.
  • Support new product launches and transformation initiatives by ensuring compliant and complete data setup.
  • Assist with data cleansing, migration, enrichment, and validation during SAP upgrades or wider business projects.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to gather and verify product master data.
  • Apply and support data governance principles to ensure consistent and compliant data across systems.
  • Document data flows, standards, and business rules to ensure clarity and repeatable processes.
  • Contribute to multiple concurrent projects, managing workload with accuracy and attention to detail.
About You
  • Early‑career professional with foundational SAP knowledge or relevant technical/analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Clear communicator—both written and verbal—with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Highly organised and capable of prioritising tasks across several projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
