Job Purpose and Summary
The Shop Administrator is responsible for recording all the data relating to the shop functions and updating the Viewpoint database with all the current records.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices
- Enter timecard data into Viewpoint
- Enter and post fuel use
- Usage posting on all equipment
- Enter all equipment inspections into Viewpoint
- Enter all invoices into Viewpoint
- Maintain communication with all shop staff to ensure data is entered correctly
- Register and license all new vehicles
- Add all new equipment to insurance policy
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Some office experience preferred
- Efficient in basic Math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- Experience in working as a team member
- Some knowledge in accounting
- Work well with moderate supervision
- Mainly office work - sitting and typing
- Hours are typically 40 hours per week and range between 7am to 5pm, with rare exceptions for evenings and weekends
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21.89 - $27.36 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)

For this position, an individual must be physically able to perform assigned tasks, and be able to lift, push and pull 15 pounds at a time. Must be able to sit, stand and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
