. This position is part of our after school, before school, and break camp programs, serving over 35,000 students across the country. The work schedule includes Monday‑Friday split shifts. Morning shift 6:30 am–9:10 am; afternoon shift 2:30 pm–6 pm.

Educator Pay Range: $17.25‑$19.25 per hour, based on education and experience.

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, register attendance, observe incidents and offer documentation.
• Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character building.
• Model positive guidance and classroom management to maintain safety and well‑being and support homework completion.
• Facilitate fitness activities and guide play.
• Maintain excellent communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding progress and accountability.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Team player.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Excellent communication with varied audiences.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs.
• A love for children.

• Proof of high school diploma/GED required.
• State‑specific credentials (FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, cleared TB, MMR, Food Handlers Card).
• Must be 18 + years of age.
