Education
Teacher to provide in‑home instruction for a high school student with minimal behaviors.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 9:00–10:30 am
• Caseload: 1 student
• Setting:
  In‑person

RCM Health Care is seeking a highly‑qualified, empathetic intervention specialist dedicated to providing a superior education for students. The intervention specialist supports the educational and behavioral goals of all students with a focus on individualized instruction.

• Supervision:
  Immediate supervision of the District Educational Specialist and general supervision of the Complex Area Superintendent.
• Responsibilities include in‑service training for teachers and paraprofessionals.

• Key Responsibilities
  :
• Lesson Plan Development – Create effective lesson plans that include accommodations and consultation with general education teachers as needed. Plans should accommodate various student levels and include procedures for assessing knowledge.

• Preferred Qualifications
  :
• Valid Special
  Education license from the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board.
• Desired Experience – Special education classroom experience in a PK‑2 or K‑12 setting.
• Desired Knowledge – Plan and facilitate Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings; exercise independent and professional judgment in carrying out daily responsibilities.

Pay Range: $48,380 to $92,135. Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500 for licensed Special
Education teachers.
