We seek a compassionate Licensed Beautician/Hair Stylist to provide high‑quality hair care and services to the residents of our community. This individual will play a vital role in enhancing residents' self‑esteem, dignity, and overall well‑being through personal care services in a warm and respectful environment.

• Provide hair care services including haircuts, shampoos, styling, coloring, perms, and other grooming treatments as requested.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing salon experience tailored to the needs and preferences of older adults.
• Maintain the salon's cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in compliance with state cosmetology board requirements and infection control protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents, family members, and team members.
• Maintain appointment schedules and manage salon supplies and inventory.
• Communicate any resident concerns or changes in condition to appropriate staff.
• Ensure compliance with all community policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed beautician per state requirements.

• At least 6 months of experience as a hair stylist is preferred.
• Able to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
• Maintaining composure in stressful situations and treating our residents with respect and dignity.
• Customer service mindset, patience, and compassion.
